Kristin Bulat is a Tax Attorney with a J.D. and an L.LM. in Taxation. Kristin is currently Senior Vice President of Strategic Resources for NFP and PartnersFinancial. Kristin also heads up the Advanced Sales Department. Prior to joining NFP, Kristin worked as Associate Counsel for John Hancock Life Insurance Company where she developed a reputation as an industry leader in her field. She began her career as a tax and estate planning attorney in Boston, Massachusetts. Throughout her career, Kristin has been responsible for implementing complicated tax plans for individuals while guiding business development. She is a sought-after speaker within her industry and travels regularly in that capacity. Kristin is a member of the PartnersFinancial Board and serves on the Women’s Development and Legislative Committees for AALU.

Chief Operating Officer

Tomas Povedano has 20 years of experience leading high-level strategic planning and startup buildouts. He also has a unique history of domestic and global platform expansions (including the launch of Capital One's United Kingdom division).

Prior to NFP, Tom (who holds U.S., French and Costa Rican citizenship) served as Director of Business Development at Genworth Financial, a leading national life insurance company. He honed his life insurance and financial expertise as COO of Institutional Life Services - a startup life settlement platform founded by Goldman Sachs, Genworth and NFP.

Tom also helped found Live Well Financial, a reverse mortgage lender, originator and servicer. Tom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from James Madison University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business.

Kris Stegall is an expert in research, analysis and case design for the international marketplace. His expertise in U.S. tax law enables him to pinpoint potential jurisdictional issues before they arise, and allows him to develop comprehensive solutions that address unique or complex goals related to wealth planning, business planning and specialized risk management.

Prior to joining NFP, Kris served as the operations lead for national and global organizations looking to increase profitability and ensure cost efficiencies. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics, with a Minor in Business Administration from Texas State University.

Amanda Zukowski provides advanced offshore and domestic premium financing expertise to multinational clients and their advisors. A unique resource in the international insurance market for over 10 years, Amanda is both a consultant and a case manager, who skillfully assesses clients' financial goals alongside their risk sensitivities. Leveraging relationships with top lenders around the globe, Amanda gets cases funded by top lenders, as efficiently and economically as possible. She is also adept at breaking down often complex loan terms into comprehensible options.

Prior to NFP, Amanda served as an actuarial analyst in the qualified retirement plan arena for Mercer Human Resource Consulting. She also served as an executive benefits analyst for an M Financial firm. Amanda earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin.

CELESTE MOYA
VP Business Development

Leveraging almost a decade of life insurance case design and sales experience, Celeste Moya is a Certified Translation Professional (Spanish), specializing in the Latin American market. Celeste works closely with clients' advisors, CPAs, banks and other third parties, to identify the unique multicultural challenges in this expansive market and to provide translation and communication support for error-free transactions.

Prior to NFP, Celeste served as a life insurance case designer for WaxmanCavnerLawson (A member of M Financial Group), focusing on individual life insurance for the high-net-worth market. She launched her career as a Farmers insurance agent focused on auto, home, life and commercial insurance.

A member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, Celeste holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 certifications*, as well as licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty Insurance. Celeste graduated from Baylor University, in just two and a half years, with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience.

Cindy Davis is a medical and financial justification expert and underwriting advocate trusted by insurance carriers worldwide, for over 25 years. Her extensive understanding of each carrier's complexities allows her to deftly navigate domestic and offshore life insurance requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Prior to NFP, Cindy was director of Underwriting for Volente Insurance Partners, where she worked closely with BBVA/Compass Bank to successfully expedite foreign national cases. Cindy served as senior vice president and chief underwriter for Financial Industries Corporation, as well as the director of underwriting for Great American Supplemental Benefits Group (where she specialized in long-term care and supplemental insurance). Cindy was also a senior underwriter at Primerica and began her career at Prudential. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, from the University of Georgia.

With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, Peter Chung transforms NFP's strong domestic partnerships with leading banks and wirehouses into superior international services for individuals, families, charities and businesses. His deep knowledge of international marketplace challenges and opportunities allows him to provide valuable guidance on the expansion of the NFP International platform across NFP globally through thoughtful sales and business development. The result is that ultra high net worth clients have additional outlets for protecting their global assets.

Prior to joining NFP, Peter served as the director of Professional Partnerships for PartnersFinancial. He originally came to NFP as a compliance analyst for NFP Securities, bringing with him years of experience as an investment advisor and financial consultant. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He is Life and Health licensed in the state of Texas and holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses.*

Notably, Matthew carries dual citizenship, giving him unique insight into the international prospective client base and the complex challenges of worldwide asset protection. Matthew has over a decade of specialized experience, working with high-net-worth life insurance firms on behalf of top-tier companies such as AXA Advisors, PartnersFinancial, The Hartford and Prudential.

Matthew is certified by FINRA with Series 7, 66, and Life & Health licenses*. He is a graduate of Lehigh University, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
